Fitment Notes
These bushes are designed to fit genuine control arms. If non genuine arms are fitted and you find the stainless steel sleeve not to fit onto the wishbone, please contact us with dimensions of the wishbone pin as you will require modified sleeves. There can be an issue with the PFF1-811 centre sleeve bore size. We have seen arms with 19 or 20mm centre pins. Included with the PFF1-811 bushes is the more popular 19mm sleeve If you find this is incorrect for your car then please telephone with dimensions and we will send you a 20mm sleeve free of charge. WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF LOCTITE 648 OR 848 TO SECURE CENTRE SLEEVE TO ARM
Powerflex Polyurethane Bushes
Bushes are one of the most highly stressed components fitted to a car. They undergo enormous strain, in the most arduous of conditions with no maintenance or lubrication. Conventional rubber bushes deteriorate with age allowing movement of suspension components and geometry. This can cause tyre wear, braking instability, poor handling and engine deflection.

Powerflex Bushes are made from a technologically advanced polyurethane plastic compound impervious to petrol and vehicle oil, which doesn't age or perish and has a longer working life - up to 3-4 times that of conventional rubber bushes. In addition this compound overcomes the common problem associated with harder bushes which is increased noise. By correct engineering the polyurethane compound bushes can be made 25-30% stiffer than rubber bushes, but with exactly the same noise absorption properties. Unlike old technology Poly bushes any increase in vibration / harshness felt through the vehicle is normally undetectable.
